1. Does C4 offer any warranty on wood bats? C4 does not offer any warranty on their custom bats. Each bat is specifically design for an individual player. All of our bats are made to order. We understand that bats will break that’s why we make it a priority to only use the best machines and wood available to produce a C4 wood bat. We offer no refunds on custom bats.
2. What is the turnaround time for a C4 bat? Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Due to events that may occur outside of our control it may take longer. If such an event does take place, C4 Bat Company will inform the customer.
3. Do you carry any stock bats? At this time C4 Bat Company only produces custom bats.
4. What type of wood do you offer? We offer Maple, Ash and Birch.
